Satisfaction Guarantee:
ICB Products guarantees satisfaction when using our products. If any product does not meet the expectations of our customers and if product guidelines, application methods, and suitability of product for intended use are followed, we will replace any portion or refund any unused portion of product which proves to be unsatisfactory. Satisfaction guarantee is limited to refund of unused product or replacement of used product only. The company will not be liable for any injury, loss or damage, direct or consequential, arising out of the use of or the inability to use the product. Before using, user must determine suitability of the product for intended use, and user assumes all risk and liability whatsoever in connection therewith.

Defective Products:
ICB Products warrants that Work Zone products are manufactured according to our published standards, and that they are free from defects. ICB Products will provide replacement for, or refund the purchase price of, that portion of material which proves defective. This constitutes the limit of ICB Products' liability and obligation. The company will not be liable for any injury, loss or damage, direct or consequential, arising out of the use of or the inability to use the product.
